Hi, I’m Jennifer Lanie.

Rebuilding Health Starts With Understanding Your Body.

I help high-performing women reconnect with their bodies and restore resilience through functional lab investigation.

You don’t have to hustle harder.
You get grounded first. Then you glow.

For Women Who Have Always Been the Strong One

Most of the women I work with are the ones everyone relies on.

They are capable.
Disciplined.
High-performing.

They show up for their families, their careers, and their responsibilities.

For a long time, that same discipline helped them stay healthy.

Until one day their body starts responding differently.

Energy becomes unpredictable.
Sleep becomes less restorative.
Recovery takes longer.
Workouts feel harder than they used to.

Their labs often come back “normal.”

But their body tells a different story.

And slowly, a quiet question begins to form:

What is happening to my body?

If this sounds familiar, I understand that experience in a very personal way.

I Know What It’s Like to Push Through

For over a decade, I lived in discipline.

I was a CrossFit athlete and coach.

I trained hard.
I worked hard.
I prided myself on resilience.

Fatigue? Train through it.
Stress? Manage it better.
Weight changes? Dial in nutrition.

I believed effort could override physiology.

For a long time, it did.

Until it didn’t.

When Compensation Stops Working

In 2020, after a tick bite, something shifted.

At first, it was subtle.

I felt more tired than usual. Recovery took longer. My body felt heavier and less responsive. But I told myself it was stress. Or overtraining. Or simply getting older.

So I adjusted.

I refined my nutrition.
I modified workouts.
I optimized sleep.
I doubled down on discipline.

That approach had always worked before.

But this time, the more I tried to manage it, the less control I seemed to have.

My energy became unpredictable.
My thinking felt less clear.
My body no longer responded to effort the way it used to.

Eventually there were diagnoses — Lyme disease, co-infections, and autoimmune patterns.

But even with answers on paper, something still felt incomplete.

Because if I’m honest, I hadn’t truly felt like myself for a long time.

And the most disorienting part?

For years, I had been told everything looked “normal.”

Eventually I realized the problem wasn’t that nothing was wrong.

It was that no one had been looking at the full picture.

The Real Turning Point

The shift came when I stopped looking for labels — and started looking for patterns.

Deeper functional lab testing began to reveal what had been happening beneath the surface.

Not one isolated issue.

But a system under long-term stress.

• Chronic stress load
• Hormonal adaptation
• Digestive compromise
• Immune burden
• Metabolic dysfunction

My body wasn’t failing.

It was adapting.

And it had been compensating for a long time.

Once the pattern became clear, the path forward became clear too.

Because when you can see the pattern, you can rebuild strategically.

Grounded first. Radiant second.

Why This Matters for You

High-performing women are incredibly good at compensating.

We override fatigue.
We ignore subtle signals.
We optimize harder.

Until eventually the system reaches its limit.

That’s why I focus on deeper functional lab testing for women who feel like something in their body has quietly shifted.

Not because I believe everyone is sick.

But because I understand what it feels like to be high-functioning and quietly unraveling.

When you begin to understand your physiology, everything changes.

Confusion becomes clarity.
Self-doubt becomes understanding.

And instead of pushing harder, you can begin rebuilding your resilience with intention.

What I Believe Now

• Resilience can be restored
• The body is adaptive, not broken
• Symptoms are signals, not failures
• Data provides clarity — but clarity must be integrated
Healing isn’t about trying harder
• It’s about rebuilding capacity deliberately

Today my work centers on helping women restore resilience through deeper functional lab testing and personalized health investigation.

Not just so they feel better.

But so they finally understand their bodies

By combining professional training with lived experience navigating chronic illness and recovery, Jennifer helps high-performing women understand what their bodies need to rebuild strength, energy, and long-term vitality.

If This Story Feels Familiar

f you’ve been told everything looks normal — but your body doesn’t feel the way it used to…

You’re not imagining it.

And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

The next step is a Strategic Health Consultation.

During this conversation, we’ll explore your symptoms, health history, and whether deeper functional lab testing could help uncover what your body has been trying to communicate.

Because the goal isn’t simply to manage symptoms.

It’s to understand what your body needs — and rebuild your resilience from the inside out.

You don’t have to hustle harder to heal.
